Appointments

All appointments are booked through our online booking system. Please arrive on time; arriving more than 10 minutes late may require us to shorten or reschedule your treatment.

Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Health & suitability

Please inform us of any skin conditions, medications (such as retinoids or antibiotics), pregnancy, or recent sun exposure before your treatment, as these may affect suitability for waxing.

Pricing

Prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary depending on treatment specifics. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking or during your appointment.

Liability

While every care is taken to ensure a safe treatment, minor redness or sensitivity following waxing is normal and temporary. Please follow the aftercare guidance provided after your treatment.
